Our Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days from the purchase date under these conditions:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition (not flipped, tuned, etc.).
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • Returns failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Returning Free Products (e.g. BOGO)

To return orders with free products in such as BOGO bundles, both items must be returned under the following conditions:

  • The products must be new, unused (not flipped, tuned, etc.), and in their original packaging.
  • If these conditions are not met, returns and refunds will not be processed.

Special Case

If you request a cancellation/refund after the products have been shipped, the return process will start once you receive, return (at your expense), and provide Nabalis Support Team with the return order number.

Therefore, if you need to cancel your order, we kindly request that you email us at your earliest convenience, preferably before the dispatch notification is sent to you.

How to Return a Product?

  1. Email us for a return request with:
    • Your Order Number.
    • Purchase Date.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Any relevant photos or videos.
  2. If your return is approved, we'll provide a return address. You'll need to cover the shipping costs.（U.S. customers will be given a domestic return address, whereas customers from other countries are required to send returns to the place of dispatch.）
  3. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product doesn't meet the return conditions.

Customers are responsible for any mistakes made in entering their shipping address and we will not issue a resend or refund in such cases.

We suggest customers review and confirm their shipping address after ordering. For address changes, please contact us immediately for adjustments.

If the package has already been shipped out, we recommend contacting your local delivery company upon its arrival to redirect it to the correct address.
