Where you ship from and where can you ship to?

What if my item is seized by customs?

In the event of a seizure, we offer to resend or refund your purchase.

If customs clearance cooperation is needed, please assist promptly by providing the necessary information to customs officials.

Also, We have manage to ensure smooth customs clearance and deliver products to the customers, including Australia, Canada and UK.

Are there any customs duties?

Most countries do not require payment of customs duties, with the exception of Brazil and Turkey.

The exact amount of customs duties is determined by your local laws.

Where is my package right now?

What are the estimated delivery times?

Generally, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 days for most countries, excluding holidays and special cases.

For the USA, France, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, and Singapore, the estimated delivery time is 10-15 days.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

What about shipping charges?

We offer free shipping worldwide on any item.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use various shipping carriers including Cainiao, USPS, 17track, and local post offices in different countries.

What if the package shows delivered, but I haven't received it?

First, check with family, friends, roommates, or neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

In addition, please contact the local shipping company to verify whether the package was delivered to the correct address.

What happens if a package is returned to the sender?

Returns to the sender in China are typically due to regulated knives/prohibited liquids leading to package returns.

No worries, we will promptly resend the package or select a different shipping route. Resent packages usually pass through security checks and are delivered without issues.


International returns in customers' location often occur due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, resulting in delivery failure or the package being sent to the wrong address.

We recommend contacting the local shipping company to provide the correct address and request delivery to the correct location.

 

Order

How do I cancel my order?

If your package has not been shipped, we will cancel your order promptly upon receiving a cancellation request. Please feel free to use the "Contact Us" page to proceed with the cancellation.

If the package has already been shipped and you've received a shipping update, you will need to return the package upon receipt, pay the shipment and provide us with the return tracking number. We will then proceed with the cancellation of your order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping information?

If your package has not been shipped yet, we can change the shipping address, email, and name on your order. Please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" page for these corrections.

Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. You will need to wait until the package arrives at the local shipping company or post office and then contact them directly to request delivery to the correct address.

I've been charged but haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

This is usually due to a payment processing error.

No worries, it's a common issue. We recommend waiting 1-3 business days, if you still haven't received a refund by then, please contact your bank for further information and they would like to help out.

 

Maintenance

Is a small handle gap on the Canyon normal?

Yes, a small handle gap is considered normal for the Canyon model. If the gap is wider than 8mm, it falls within the expected range.

How can I fix zen pins that have fallen out?

There are some tips for fix it:

1. Remove the residual Loctite before gluing the zen pins.

2. Use Red/Green Loctite hold it back, and put it aside for 24 hours.

3. Don't flip it in 24 hours. (you could maintain it before you go to bed)

My balis' handles get stuck, how to make it smooth again?

It's caused by the bushings that are lower than the blade, and you need to replace new bushings.

An ideal bushing should be higher than the blade around 3 mm.

My bali has handle play/tap! How do I fix this?

You need to tune the bushing and minimize the handle tolerance.

There are some tips for tuning the bushings: .

Tools: A T10 screwdriver; Sandpaper; Superlube .

Tuning Process: .

1. Take apart one handle and remove the bushing from the blade. .

2. Place your sandpaper on a hardflatsurface,drag the bushing along the sandpaper with gentle pressure or in a figure eight pattern. Please avoid sanding or over-sanding the bushing in uneven pressure. .

3. Put the bushing back once you've done about 10 figure eights, and test the handle play and swing when tight. .

4. Repeat the process until it has minimal play and tap, and make sure the pivot screws still work smoothly even though it is tightened a lot. The ideal bushing should be higher than the blade about 0.03mm (measure random 4 points on the blade) .

It's a little bit difficult for beginner to maintain it, but please refer to this vedio and tips, try your best to do it.

I can't loosen the screws of my Lightning. What can I do?

You could heat it in the boiling water and remove the Loctite, or use an electric drill to directly break the screws!

There are some brown spots on the blade. Any remedies to prevent/remove these spots?

The brown spot is caused by the humid environment, and you can remove the rust spots using a rust remover and then apply some oil to prevent further rusting.

Please keep the products dry, especially the silver items.

Can Hydra/Vulp Pro/Vulp blades fit on other handles?

Due to the blades being specifically designed for certain handles, we cannot guarantee that our blades will fit other handles, especially from other brands.

However, compatibility issues, such as a wider handle gap or blade getting stuck by pins, may arise.

If you purchase a separate blade from Nabalis intending to fit it on a other brands' handle, it may require tuning. We recommend consulting with a professional for any necessary adjustments.

What is the best Nabalis balisong that you would recommend?

We highly recommend the "Canyon" as an affordable option for beginners/veterans.
